AlestaCare is pleased to announce that April Poch has joined the leadership team as Head of Operations.
In this role, April will oversee the day-to-day operations that keep AlestaCare running smoothly for clients and caregivers across Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester Counties — from scheduling and compliance to caregiver support and the systems that hold it all together.
A Background Built on Coordination and Service
April’s background has two elements that are highly relevant to what we are doing at AlestaCare – coordinating projects and people and a hands-on approach to servant leadership. Most recently, she spent over three years at Newcomb & Boyd, LLP in Charleston, creating and operating the new position of Project Coordinator. In this role, she supported the company and engineering teams in multiple areas including managing internal project deliverables to representing the company in several market-facing capacities. This experience helped sharpen the kind of detail-oriented, multi-stakeholder coordination that AlestaCare operations demand daily.
Her past roles include Interim Principal and Advisory Board member at The Divine Redeemer Catholic School as well as Sr. Project Director roles at several marketing research firms. Additionally, April held marketing and sales roles at Ceridian and US Healthcare, where she was consistently among the top performers. Repeatedly, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to serve others and help them achieve their objectives.
